Attitude of gratitude

Have one!

Have an attitude of gratitude.

Every day when you wake up and before you go to sleep, spend a few minutes thinking about the things you are grateful for and be appreciative. Throughout the day, notice people and experiences that you are grateful for.

“Be thankful for what you have; you’ll end up having more.” – Oprah

“We attract to ourselves what we hold inside. Every circumstance, every person, and every situation that we attract and experience is based on what is inside of us. Could you ask for a more magnificant system than this? Your life is a reflection of what you hold inside you, and what you hold inside you is always under your control.” – The Secret Daily Teachings

“I live in the space of thankfulness – and I have been rewarded a million times over for it. I started out giving thanks for small things, and the more thankful I became, the more my bounty increased. That’s because what you focus on expands, and when you focus on the goodness in your life, you create more of it. Opportunities, relationships, even money flowed my way when I learned to be grateful no matter what happened in my life.” – Oprah

In many, many ways, we’ve conditioned ourselves to be quite negative with our inner dialogue. To be happier and to attract what we want in life, we simply must begin to change our inner dialogue from negative to positive. And it will take consistent, daily effort to make the change, but so worth the time to do so! Especially when we reach the point of our positive ball of energy outweighing the negative ball of energy! Start and end your day with an attitude of gratitude. Those few moments will absolutely make you smile, feel lighter and accomplished, and bring about an enjoyable peace of mind.
